Refund & Cancellation
1. Eligibility
Refunds apply to tuition paid directly to MessageStream Digital Academy for listed courses. Third-party fees, books, or cloud usage are excluded unless stated in your enrollment agreement.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts under Korean consumer protection rules, you may cancel within 14 days of payment if course materials have not been substantially accessed, as defined in your enrollment confirmation.
3. Full and Partial Refunds
Full refunds are available within the cooling-off window when access thresholds are not met. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw before the second live session; amounts are prorated per the enrollment schedule.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed mentor review sessions, issued certificates after capstone submission, and promotional bundles marked non-refundable are excluded.
5. Request Process
Email admissions@message-stream.digital with your enrollment ID, course name, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision and timeline.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may add additional days.
7. Cancellations and Exceptions
We may cancel cohorts due to low enrollment; in that case you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Force majeure events are handled per enrollment contracts and applicable Korean law.
